S N Giri (Shankara Narayana Giri), studied in National High School – 1982 to 1985. Subsequently, he became the Gold Medalist from Bangalore University in BE (Computer Science) in 1991. He worked in Japan for several years since 1993 and has a very high level of proficiency in the Japanese language having cleared several top level examinations at Japan.
He currently he manages Nichi-In Software Solutions Private Limited ( “http://www.nichi.com” ), an Indo-Japanese JV IT services company in Bengaluru.
He is also the recipient of various awards like;

Graduated in the year 1990 in Bachelor of Commerce @ APS College.
Initially I started Finance and Chits as my first business. Later on I established M/s Devagiri traders as a Grocery Retail outlet. As on day I am running paying guest accommodation for boys.
Inbetween 29 years, I have successfully achieved many businesses in Rice wholesale, Paddy stockist, taken fields to cultivate, succesful distributor for M/s Jothy laboratory Ltd, M/s Kalueshwari ie Gold winner oil, Silver coin atta, M/s Ullas perfumery works, M/s Avavi pappad and Grosery whole sale supply in own brand Devagiri traders for not less than 1100 outlets.
Even I have good experience in ceramics tiles @ M/s Dakshina murthy tile industry, Gujarat and Biomass briquettes @ M/s Devi biomass @ Hirhalli, Tumkur district.
Out of my passion I work as administrator Part time for a monthly new paper M/s Praja samaya and with Karnataka RTI (Right to information) forum.

I have worked in all the departments pertaining to a sheet metal industry. Presently, I am working as General Manager if a private firm.
My major achievements in all these years would be in leading teams in developing and implementing ERP packages – EMS an in-house built ERP package catering to discrete manufacturing and later Oracle Apps.

Later he completed his B Tech in Electronics & Communication from Bangalore University.
Over the last 27 years, he has worked in Senior leadership roles in many Multi National Organizations.
Currently he is leading a Global Quality team to drive the Digitization journey in the Finance Organization of Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Sandeep is a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has led & supported large transformation journeys saving organizations to the tune of over $100M.
He was also the past leader for the TQM Forum of CII Pondicherry chapter.
