Importance of Sports for Children’s

Despite the variety of today’s leisure-time opportunities and increased use of digital media in daily routine, sport and physical activities still play an important role in the leisure-time settings of children and adolescents.

Children must be active every day to stimulate growth and physical health for their well-being. Research findings shows that children involving in sports and physical activity at an early age are less likely to suffer from diseases that might occur as they grow like obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, and coronary heart problems.

Our contribution in Children’s Sports

Many schools in our state are not equipped with necessary sports equipment’s / even much thrust is given to sports and other physical activities in children. We encourage children participation in sports and other physical activities by donating sports materials, we strongly believe that increased engagement of children in sports activities facilitate the development of a child as it also nurtures the development of a moral character in a social dimension
A challenging sports environment will help them acquire new skills such as coordination, self-confidence, cognitive abilities, sharpness, resilience, communication skills, and the feeling of being in control to accomplish difficult tasks
