Blood Donation Camp February 2020
NHS 82-85 Excel Charitable Trust in association with Jain Group of Institutions (JGI) Vasavi Road Campus, Bangalore had organised a Blood Donation Camp on 20th Feb. 2020.
As a regular practice of NHS Trust, we hold blood donation Camp every year and the blood so collected goes to Blood Banks who are working for a cause to help those who cannot afford / for patients suffering from specific diseases.
This year the event was held in JGI College Campus where the Management and students were involved in this initiative and it was a huge success.
During this Blood Donation Camp, 137 bottles of blood were collected at this campus with a total of 963 across various campuses and the collected blood was donated to Victoria Hospital ( Department of Transfusion Medicine ), Bangalore Karnataka.
We are thankful to Principal Jain Group of Institutions for having come forward to support this activity and made it to be a great success.
We are also thankful to our fellow schoolmates of National High School Basavanagudi who are very passionate about what they are doing in contributing as much as possible in their little ways.
We welcome volunteers to join us to grow to be a more socially oriented organisation and works in their best capacity to serve the society at large.
